The information, resuscitation guidelines, and educational content on the Indian Heart Association web portal and within our training programs are provided for general educational, emergency preparedness, and informational purposes only. The materials provided do not constitute individualized medical diagnoses, professional clinical treatment, or doctor-patient relationships. In any acute life-threatening medical emergency, cardiac arrest, or severe injury, always call national emergency ambulance helplines (112 or 108) and rush the patient to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
Our First Responder courses, CPR drills, and bike ambulance initiatives are designed to build community bystander intervention capabilities and empower citizens to deliver immediate Basic Life Support (BLS) during the golden hour. First responders and volunteers operate under the Good Samaritan guidelines established under Indian law.
We make continuous efforts to ensure all CPR algorithms, chest compression protocols, AED usage instructions, and curriculum standards align with prevailing national and international resuscitation recommendations.
